By accessing and using PredIntel™, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

PredIntel™ is a decision intelligence platform offering predictive analytics and guidance services powered by proprietary algorithms and AI interpretations. All services are intended for informational and guidance purposes only and should not replace professional advice.

Decision Intelligence (DI)

Our flagship service provides focused decision-making guidance for specific life questions. Users submit a single, well-formed question along with their birth details to receive personalized insights including:

Clear verdict and recommendation
Confidence level assessment
Detailed advice and reasoning
Optimal timing guidance
Decision factor analysis

Career Outcome Intelligence

Our specialized career prediction service provides time-bound predictions for interview outcomes, job transitions, and career decisions:

Interview Outcome Predictions: Assessment of interview success probability and timing
Job Transition Guidance: Analysis of career move success factors

NO LIABILITY FOR OUTCOMES: We explicitly disclaim all liability for any decisions you make, actions you take, or outcomes that result from using our services, whether favorable or unfavorable.

User Accounts and Services

Account Creation

You must provide accurate information to use our services effectively:

For DI: Accurate birth date, time, and location are required for meaningful astrological analysis
For OSI: Valid login credentials and beta access authorization are required
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Service-Specific Terms

Decision Intelligence (DI) - One Question Service

Each query generates a comprehensive report based on your birth details
Questions should be specific, clear, and focused on a single decision
Payment is required per question/report generation
Reports are generated once and available for download for a limited time
Available in multiple pricing tiers with varying levels of detail

Career Outcome Intelligence Service

Current Status: Active and available for purchase
Service Tiers: Interview Outcome (₹499) and Job Outcome Plus (₹999)
Input Requirements: Accurate birth details and interview/job information
Delivery Time: 2-10 minutes for report generation
Report Access: Lifetime access via My Reports dashboard
No Guarantees: Predictions are probabilistic; actual outcomes may vary

Hiring Intelligence Service (Early Access)

Current Status: In development; early access available by invitation
Target Users: HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers
Features: Candidate assessment, role fit analysis, batch processing
Access: Must request access; not publicly available
Legal Compliance: Users remain responsible for all hiring law compliance
Non-Discrimination: Must not be used as sole hiring criterion; supplementary tool only

Legacy Service Terms

The following terms apply to legacy features that may be referenced but are not currently active:

Subscription Plans (Legacy)

Free Plan: 1 profile, 30 messages per month
Pro Plan: 3 profiles, 300 messages per month
Business Plan: 10 profiles, 1500 messages per month

Message Packs (Legacy)

Additional messages can be purchased as one-time packs. Messages do not expire but reset monthly for subscription plans.

Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Service-Specific Billing

Decision Intelligence (DI): Per-question billing. Payment required before report generation.
Object Search Intelligence (OSI): Two-tier billing - Free fitness assessment, paid judgment phase.
Premium PDFs: One-time payments for specialized reports (Birth Charts, Matchmaking).
Legacy Subscriptions: Monthly or annual billing for legacy chat-based services (if applicable).

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis with specific terms for each service:

DI Reports: Refunds considered within 7 days if technical issues prevented report generation or delivery
Career Outcome Reports: Refunds considered within 7 days for technical failures only; not for prediction outcomes
Hiring Intelligence: Refund terms to be determined upon service launch
Premium PDFs: Generally non-refundable once generated, except for technical delivery failures

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use any service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Share your account credentials with others
Abuse or harass our AI services, support team, or other users
Scrape, collect, or systematically download data from our services
DI Specific: Submit multiple identical or substantially similar questions to circumvent per-question billing
Career Outcome Specific: Provide false information or manipulate inputs to obtain inaccurate predictions
Hiring Intelligence Specific: Use assessments to discriminate based on protected characteristics or violate employment laws
Provide false or misleading information that could compromise service accuracy
Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our services without authorization

⚠️ Legal Compliance Notice

Hiring Intelligence Users: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of candidate assessment tools complies with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws, data protection regulations, and fair hiring practices. Our service is a supplementary tool and must not be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PredIntel™ are owned by Swanky Tools™ and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PREDINTEL™, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
• DECISIONS MADE OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON OUR SERVICES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON PREDICTIONS OR GUIDANCE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
