Hiring Intelligence assessments are generated instantly and cannot be reversed. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing credits.

Overview

This Cancellations & Refunds Policy applies specifically to PredIntel™ Hiring Intelligence services.

📌 Note: PredIntel™ offers multiple distinct products with separate refund policies:

  • Hiring Intelligence - Covered by this policy (credit-based, instant generation)
  • Decision Intelligence (DI) - Contact support for applicable refund policy
  • Career Outcome Intelligence - Contact support for applicable refund policy

Hiring Intelligence Credit System

Hiring Intelligence operates on a credit-based system:

  • 1 Credit = 1 Assessment Report
  • Available in packs: 1, 5, 10, 25, or 50 credits
  • Credits are valid for lifetime (no expiration)
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Reports delivered within 5 minutes of submission

Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Generated Reports: Once an assessment report is generated, it cannot be refunded
  • Unused Credits: Credits purchased but not yet used are non-refundable (they never expire)
  • Disagreement with Results: Refunds are not provided based on assessment outcomes or scores
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after purchase
  • User Error: Incorrect candidate data entry (name, DOB, job role) does not qualify for refund

Eligible for Refund (Technical Failures Only)

Refunds MAY be granted for:

  • Payment Processing Errors: You were charged but credits were not added to your account
  • Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • System Failures: Credits were deducted but report was not generated (and cannot be regenerated)
  • Service Outage: Extended downtime prevented you from using purchased credits within 7 days

Note: You must contact support within 7 days of purchase for technical failure refunds.

Refund Request Process

Step 1: Act Within 7 Days

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.

Step 2: Contact Support

Submit a refund request through one of these channels:

Step 3: Provide Required Information

Your refund request must include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • Date and time of purchase
  • Amount charged
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Screenshots or evidence of technical failure (if applicable)

Step 4: Review Process

Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days. We may request additional information or clarification during this period.

Step 5: Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellations

Before Assessment Generation

You may cancel a credit purchase ONLY if:

  • No credits have been used to generate reports
  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
  • Payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge)

After Assessment Generation

Cancellations are NOT possible after credits have been used to generate assessment reports. The report generation process is instant and cannot be reversed.

How to Cancel

Contact support immediately using the contact details above. Include your transaction ID and reason for cancellation.

Partial Refunds

In cases of technical failures affecting only some assessments in a batch:

  • You may be eligible for a partial refund or credit restoration
  • Only failed assessments will be refunded/restored
  • Successfully generated reports remain non-refundable

Chargebacks & Disputes

Important: Contact Us First

Please contact our support team BEFORE filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.

Account Suspension for Abuse

PredIntel™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • File fraudulent refund requests
  • Abuse the refund policy
  • Repeatedly request refunds for non-technical reasons
  • File chargebacks without contacting support first

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellations & Refunds Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
